We are blessed with a prolific herb garden! We grow 3 kinds of oregano, 3 kinds of thyme, curry, rosemary, lavender, 5 kinds of basil, and 7 kinds of mint. Herbs smell incredible, add intense flavor to dishes, and have super powerful healing properties. We use them in almost every dish, from soups to salads to smoothies and even put it in our drinking water!
Simple dishes can be completely transformed with the addition of herbs! We share a staple veggie dish that has been heightened with herbs for today's food formula. This broccoli has been über danked with beyond organic herbs from our garden:

I love how medicine just grows all over the place, and we can just pick it and put it in our food to enhance our health and well being while eating some of the tastiest and high vibe food on the planet everyday.
It's really incredible how accessible and free medicine is, IF you know what you're looking for! It's great fun to share this info to reconnect people to primal knowledge. Plus it makes delicious food!

That looks tasty! Herbs are so expensive for people buying them at the store. So I think people don't use them as much as in the past, when people grew more of their own food. But so many herbs are tough survivors. They are great for new gardeners to build a foundation of semi-wild plants, in places that can be left without attention. They are a good example of that fuzzy boundary between using plants for food and medicine, too. Enjoy your herbs! :D
Yes, not to mention the store bought herbs are often flat and flavorless. Growing them is so easy that it makes sense to keep some in pots around the house or garden! They are strong little healers and super tasty!
