These are incredible! I'm still thinking about them...that crispy foundation schmeared with creamy pesto, caramelized onions layered up and topped with juicy, garlicky tomatoes, herbed cheese and the sprinkle of sea salt to finish was a full on sensual sensation! So many layers of textures and flavors... and as if that weren't enough, what's really incredible is eating like this for free. every. single. day. AND having enough to share!
