Matt arranged everything to the last detail.  He kept this a secret from Sarah for the last two weeks and he was glad that the secret was finally out in the open. He phoned her doctor to find out if it was safe for her to travel and after he got the go ahead, he started planning the trip.

They were going to spend a week in Paris and then they were going to tour the countryside for a few days.  There were so many places that they still wanted to see the previous time they were there, and he made a list of every single place that Sarah mentioned during their previous trip.  He contacted the owner of the chateau and he gave them accommodation for two nights. They were nearly finished with all the renovations and the owner was turning the chateau into a bed and breakfast. They would be his first guests.

Sarah struggled to sleep on the plane but eventually fell asleep on Matt's shoulder. She woke up early the next morning when the air-hostess announced that they were about to land. Sarah felt as if she just arrived home.  She looked forward to the time they were going to spend together, and couldn't believe that she was back in Paris again for a full two weeks.

They had such a wonderful time and they discovered even more places where they wanted to go when they visited Paris again.  The chateau looked absolutely amazing and the rooms were beautiful. They had dinner with the owner on one of the two nights and he told them amazing stories about the rebuilt.  They shared some of their own renovation stories with him and they promised that they would stay in contact and to come back to the chateau the next time they came to Paris.

Sarah enjoyed every minute of the trip and she was extremely sad the day before they had to leave.  They spent their last night in Paris in a hotel close to the airport because they were booked on a flight very early the next morning. She had only two more weeks at home before she had to go back to the office.  She couldn't believe how time has flown and already started making plans in her head to cut down on working hours.

There was no way that she could go back to work full time and work the amount of hours she did before. She was no longer alone and in seven months she would have a baby to look after. Her whole outlook on life has changed and she knew that she had to get her priorities straight. Sarah decided not to worry too much about it because these things have a way of working itself out, and they spent their last night together, before they had to leave the next morning.

Sarah felt as if she was leaving a piece of her behind when she climbed on the plane the next morning.  Not even eighteen hours later Matt unlocked the door to their house.  They were both glad to be home.

They spent a relaxing weekend together and they discussed a lot of things concerning the baby. Matt wanted Sarah to stop working for a while to take care of the baby but Sarah loved her job too much to give that up. Matt suggested that they wait until the baby was born to make any final decisions and Sarah reluctantly agreed to that.

On Monday at eleven o' clock Sarah had a doctor's appointment, and Matt met her there.  Sarah was nearly eleven weeks pregnant.  The doctor did the first sonogram and there it was.... just a little blip, but they could clearly hear the heartbeat.  Sarah made an immediate connection with the baby, and she knew that second that she would give up anything for this little baby growing inside of her.

The doctor suggested that they do an amnio test because of her age, and Matt held her hand while they pushed the needle in. They had to wait a few weeks for the results, and four weeks later they phoned the office and told Sarah that she was expecting a healthy little baby girl.

Matt was delighted when she told him that evening over a special dinner that Sarah ordered. Sarah started to feel a little excited about the baby and one evening while she lay in bed she felt a little flutter in her stomach.  She has never had this feeling before and at first did not say anything but when she felt it again, she was sure that she felt the baby move. She has never felt so close to anything or anyone in her whole life, and she knew that she was meant to have this baby.

She told Matt about the fluttering and he tried to feel, but nothing happened.  He pulled her closer to him and she lay in his arms thinking about the baby.  "I think I have a name for our baby Matt...I want to call her Amelia."

Very very nice. I like the fact you're releasing the story in chapters, so we don't have to read 3000 words in one sitting :)
