Hi, DaVinci team!
My name is Miguel Ángel Labrador. I’m 23 years old. I’m from Táchira, Venezuela, currently living in Caracas. I’m studying electronic engineering at Simón Bolívar University and working as a math and physics instructor. I'm passionate about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), I’m curious about several branches of knowledge and a great fan of imparting knowledge and helping people through digital technologies.
I want to be a DaVinci translator, specifically an open source projects translator, because I feel encouraged to support open source projects, due I know first-hand what is their potential, since I’ve used open source software throughout my career.
I was born and growth in Venezuela, which is a Spanish-speaker country, therefore, I’m fluent in spoken and written Spanish and, furthermore, I’ve received a rigorous academic foundation in Spanish subject at school.
I joined Utopian almost five months ago and I’ve posted about 10 accepted contributions on Translations category. I’ve contributed with Tutorials category as well.

Mi nombre es Miguel Ángel Labrador. Tengo 23 años de edad. Soy de Táchira, Venezuela, actualmente vivo en Caracas. Estoy estudiando ingeniería electrónica en la Universidad Simón Bolívar y trabajo como instructor de matemáticas y física. Soy un apasionado de STEM (Ciencia, Tecnología, Educación y Matemáticas), soy curioso acerca de varias ramas del conocimiento y un gran entusiasta de impartir conocimiento y ayudar a las personas a través de las tecnologías digitales.
Quiero ser un traductor de DaVinci, específicamente un traductor de proyectos de código abierto, porque me siento motivado a apoyar los proyectos de código abierto debido a que conozco de primera mano cuál es su potencial, ya que he usado programas de código abierto a lo largo de mi carrera.
Nací y crecí en Venezuela, el cual es un país hispanohablante, por lo tanto, hablo y escribo español fluido y, además, he recibido una formación académica rigurosa en la asignatura de español en la escuela.
Me uní a Utopian hace casi cinco meses y he publicado alrededor de 10 contribuciones aceptadas en la categoría Traducciones. He contribuido a la categoría Tutoriales también.
