Dungeon and Steem

While the rest of the players is currently travelling, @thatsweeneyguy means business. @Sircork is regenerating from his previous engagements, @thatmemeguy is leading his rebellious army to the front gate of the corrupt system, while @gregory-f has found himself Human friends to aid him in his mission. Stories of the mentioned players will come in next “Action plan” game article. Except @thatsweeney. That guy still has to prepare a plan how to kill yet another Orcish chieftain. Idling is not for him and his axe cries for more blood.

What is DnS

You’re witnessing my humble try for transmission of unique DnD like gameplay onto the Steemit’s platform. All the players have all the freedom in the world to choose their next actions. The only obstacle is the ruthless Dungeon Master (that would be me) trying to kill them at every other corner. Only the best (and the luckiest) ones were able to survive up to this point. The previous chapter can be found at the end of this post.

Action plan

After preparing a hearty meal and preparing for the battle ahead, we set out toward the camp. The first thing I want to do is scout it out. What are the weaknesses in the orcs' ranks? Where is the chieftan? Turn to my elven ally and point to my eyes, then the camp, saying "look" "scout". We then slowly make our way around the camp, looking for the best time to strike at the chieftan

Result

The time was now. Another chieftain was going to go down tonight. You knew the camp pretty well, but anyway, some scouting was in order. You now even had the possibility to send the elf to the treetops in order to achieve even better overall view of the camp. You decided to split up. (DICE ROLL) After a while the whole group met again. Everyone reported more or less the same massage. It seemed that the army that was invading the Elves is already gone. Only regular workers with handful of warriors were present. That meant that during the night only 2 guards will stay in front of the entrance to the leaders hut. Now was the time to prepare the battle plan. There probably won’t be a way how to do this completely noiselessly, therefore the group had to come up with a good escape plan too. Only the best warriors of the camp will be defending the chieftain. Also the water reserves were finished today. Only you had water left for one day. Also Jukha and Karguk were still injured from the previous fights and no one could be sure about the effectivity of the newly recruited elf. Well this was the time to find out…
