ART EXPLOSION WEEK 63: Theme DEATH + GiF Process (BiLiNGUAL)
This drawing is my entry to @juliakponsford contest´s. I love the theme of this week, the death! I drew this Reaperof souls with the technique of pointillism, fountain pen with ink on a cardboard. Hope you like it!

Process / Proceso:
I usually start making the sketch with a pencil, later I use a fountain pen to place the points. Image Source

Your technique in pointillism drawing is fantastic my friend. It’s wonderful how you leave more openness (light) in some areas that have less inking spots. I have seen other artists that do this same technique, and make so many areas in there drawings that, to me, seem to heavy in ink spots that are to close together throughout there entire piece of art work. They make everything so dark to where there is little highlights or real shape to there drawings, especially when seen from a distance. I believe that your deep shaded areas, and your highlights are perfectly balanced for very brilliant works of art, great looking grim reaper. Thank you for sharing your artwork with me dear friend ❣️
