My Story
When I joined about 7 months ago, I felt so amazed watching people having high RP with thousands of followers. I have always thought it was impossible to achieve such milestone. But I have conquered my fear and found my niche. So how do I manage to identify my niche? The key is to just be myself. No faking, no headache and am fully enjoying myself blogging.
The best thing that happened to me since I joined Steemit was when I founded the Hello Hello Group (#HHG). I would never expect to meet such positive minded and wonderful group of Steemians. I wish to see this group continue to grow from strength to strength. Time is the essence to keep up with the hypes but the feeling of belonging has been achieved just by having a one weekly activity. I am happy to blog together with #HHG members. I wish that others would join our group. We believe in Unity. Unity is Strength!

How I arrive at where I'm now ?
Sep 2017 when I start using Steemit feel very happy . But after 1 month I feel boring and I leave Steemit . But my #brotheres and My friend @ainie insist me too much . Then I'm back and start again . And then @ainie start HHG . This HH Group give me self confident . My English is very poor so I think I never reach 56.1 level . This group make me regular . that's reason I post every day . I believe If I everyday 4 to 5 posts I've become very soon Minnow . I respect all HHGroup members because Actually I'm nothing with out your support . Thank you very much all espacially @ainie who creat this group where we can build our level .

Its a wonderful achievement, as I mentioned in one of the old HG replies it is almost difficult to digest thatyour growth in steemit was directly proportional to the involvement in the HHGs. The loss for me is beyond any limits..may be....Because I too joined in Steemit around the same time that you joined but still many of my posts literally have zero effect in my steemit credibility.
With two or three HHGs I too found some incredible people otherwise, I too might have quit by now.
Finally your English is absolutely fantastic to communicate...Never think in that way...Many of the people here are not born in places where English is Mother tongue, even me...So dont worry....Practice makes perfect....

A wonderful thing of Steemit is that it helps you practice english and learn everyday. I'm sure since you started you have learn new words!
Also, I find this group so helpful and supportive, even when I don't comment as much as I want to. HHGroup is such a supportive group in the ocean of individualism that is Steemit.
Hi @mbell, how are you! Yes you are right, most of us including me... English is not our mother language but how amazing all of us are connected through this foreign language. That's why we are learning from each other. Except for @teggit whose an English born person.
We are blessed to have met each other here, and we are like-minded. Means we need support and a feel to be belonging to a group. So that, there is a connection and the feeling of not alone fighting and swimming in this wired Steemit world. I was thinking you would already gave up that time but look at now! How fast you climb your RP was due to your consistency in posting daily and from one each day, you now started to post 3-5 posts daily which actually help you to achieve your position currently. I celebrated at some odd numbers before at 200 and 700, then straight to 2k and now 3k. Huhhh, still a long way to go, @shanu. I have made fairly fast strides i agree. May be i landed on a good day, bumped on some really good friends around...
Did you know, the beginning seems a little simple, contrary what some think? Yes it is. At least lately. May be it was somewaht different with your lot who joined a little earlier.
But lately, there is a lot more focus, several initiatives for encouraging new members not just to come in, but to stay. I benefited from them.
That made my beginning, about two days after joining, really a little easier, although i have to admit the first and second day were very discouraging. But afterwards it was somewhat smooth, the next about two weeks. I was climbing really first.
However i have slowed down a bit lately. After the awesome welcome, now i am old enough to walk, so i think i have yet been left to walk some distance on my own while those who welcomed me big in the beginning, watch from the sidelines. lol.
But it should still get better, with all you good friends, we should be able to watch each other's back.
I am especially very excited by this HHG. I have only just landed in, but you have all already shown me as much love as i can possible want.
Several of the members have visited my blog, and left some encouragement. I am very happy.

Yeah, little sis, keep on doing good work and always work hard. Early success is easy but maintaining it hard.
I got early success on steemit but I couldn’t maintain it well, it’s bit hard to get it back, but I would definitely get it back because now I’m a member of HHG and each and every member of HHG is supportive and encouraging and I wish the same for you. We all here to support you dear. Stay blessed!
Climbing to the top, is easier, staying there is the hard part, I agree. As a group, however, we should be able to stay and climb even higher.

Actually no secret winning your followers. First of all I follow everybody who follows me. Generally people are following but low rep points. :) But this is not a problem for me. I share my writings on discordapp channels. This way I can reach more people. Also I am trying to comment on the writings of different people. In this way, I am expanding my network.

I came to this level in 4 months. According to some, a successful situation, according to some is a failure. Steemit like a very unknown equation. Because on the one hand you need to win followers. On the other hand, you need to upgrade your Steam Power. etc. For example, I have 1000+ followers and Rep 44. But you have 400+ followers and Rep 42. Normally my account looks better. But the value of your account is $ 95.92 and my account value $ 25.66. This is the real success here. You're better than me. That's why I congratulate you... :)

Nice to hear your lovely comments. There is no secrets and some times I too wonder. Once in a while I make sure that I open the followers list and follows them back too. Agree with you that different people are grown in different branches of Steemit platform. I too really wondering in between when some newbies who are recently joined with much less number of posts and followers are having high reputations and their posts are upvoting by many.
Lets hope s one day we too may achieve a stage like that...

I guess for me my RP has gotten high because I participate in contests. My first big change was from 25 to 41 because I participated in a writing contest where I got a high upvote. After that one I have participated in @sndbox contests for making their monthly thumbnail and recently in their Crypto Art contest where I won one of them and the prize was a 25% upvote. I feel it's part work and part luck.
Ya, few are become active and post and/or participate in right contest that makes them recognized. U are one among them...Congratulations...
It happened with me too that the reputation had got giant leap from 25 to 31 or so but then it was crawling like anything despite participated in daily challenges at a stage that really losing interest in Steemit...But somehow I persisted with and reached here...

It's a little hard to write. But I will try to tell. I hope it will be useful to other friends in the group.
1 - Log in to the site. No need to register.
2 - Select the dollar sign from the filters section.
3 - Bot names will appear at the bottom.
4 - There is an actions button on the right side of the bot names. Click this button.
5 - Then you click on the details button. " Current ROI " is important here. You should
be careful that the minimum is 300.00%.
6 - If this condition is met, you click the actions button and click the send bid button.
7 - You should enter there the minimum bid amount. Then you should copy here the
URL of your article.
8 - Then click the Check and Submit button.
9 - Then you need to connect and confirm your SteemConnect account.
That is all.
