Hello Dear Steemians !!

Among us there must be a headache or feel 'float' when suddenly changed position from sitting to standing or often feel weak and quickly feel tired when doing an activity
Most people think that it is one sign that someone has anemia
Actually what is anemia and does it often feel dizzy, weak, and tired is a symptom that someone has anemia ?

Anemia

Is a condition in which the number of red blood cells or the amount of hemoglobin in the blood is below normal
Hemoglobin is a red blood cell constituent protein that plays the oxygen binding of the lungs which is then circulated throughout the body
As a result, if the body lacks red blood cells there will be oxygen supply disruption which can lead to the emergence of more serious diseases

According to some sources, anemia can occur due to several things, such as severe bleeding (accidents, labor), decreased red blood cell formation (iron deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, deficiency of folic acid), and increased destruction of red blood cells (enlarged spleen , mechanical damage to red blood cells)
Keep in mind that anemia can happen to anyone, whether male or female, young or old
It's just that the risk of anemia is greater in women who are pregnant, menstruating, or diet foods containing iron
Iron deficiency, folic acid, or vitamin B12 can cause anemia because all three are the main factors affecting the formation of red blood cells, so that the nutrients obtained by the body must be considered
The usual symptoms of anemia have been mentioned above, that some people experience fatigue, fatigue, headache, concentration difficulty, and a common pale face
However, it does not mean when a person experiences it then it can be concluded that the person is anemic
Need further examination to ascertain whether or not someone is anemic
Meanwhile, the usual treatment given to an anemic person is by supplementing iron, increasing consumption of iron-rich foods, or vitamin B12 administration where treatment depends on what causes anemia
Although anemia can be treated, it is better if we prevent ourselves from experiencing anemia
Prevention of anemia due to iron deficiency and vitamin deficiency can be done by taking into account the intake of foods rich in nutrients and most important is to get used to run a healthy lifestyle
