Last Week In Review - What I Write About In Steemit
We're all waiting for the Steemit roadmap to be released and, hopefully, that roadmap will contain some improvements in the content discovery area of this platform. Until then, I stick to my routine of publishing each Monday a short recap of my writing activities here. It serves a multitude of purposes, from keeping myself accountable to improving self-discipline and to identify (even in hindsight) writing patterns and trends.
Without further ado, let's go:
Life and Philosophy
- No Pain, No Gain = No Brain - I discovered quite late in life that striving doesn't always mean success. Pain is often not necessary to obtain what you want and I should be mindful about this current of opinion relating pain with being successful.
- 6 Degrees of Integration - World - the last article in a series built on a reverse approach to the famous "6 degrees of integration" theorem.
Travel
I played a bit with my travel memories, writing two short posts about my experience in Asia (namely Thailand and Japan).
- The "Little Clocodile" From Bangkog
- How I Learned The 4 Principles Of The Japanese Tea Ceremony - Cha-No-Yu
Steemit and Crypto
Arguably the most consistent part of my writing last week.
- Proof of Burn, And SBD Alternative?
- Bitcoin, The Sad Mistress of Today's Economy
- 3 Things I'd Like to See in Steemit's Roadmap, 10 Days From Now
- Why There Is No Such Thing As "Draining The Reward Pool"
- Why There Is No Such Thing As "Draining The Reward Pool" - Compassion versus Crab Mentality
- Weather Forecast for 2017: Medium Steem, With Tweets Thunderstorms
- Pay It Forward - Let The Games Of Blogchain Begin!
Running
I restarted my running routine and so far it works great.
30 Days Writing Challenge
Here are the reports for my 30 days writing challenge. Each day I'm writing a report containing links to all the articles in the challenge and other relevant information, like the total number of articles, comments and amount of rewards for the challenge30
tag.
- Reporting Day 7
- Reporting Day 6
- Reporting Day 5
- Reporting Day 4
- Reporting Day 3
- Reporting Day 2
- Reporting Day 1
So it looks like last week ended with a whopping 20 articles, probably the higher number of articles ever written for Steemit by me. Almost a third of it is made by the challenge reports, so it's not really all creative work. Nevertheless, 20 is 20, so that was one really busy week.
I wonder what the current one will put on the table.
Steem on!
