😎What is NEO?😎
TL;DW (Too Long; Didn't Watch)
- NEO means “new” in Greek, but we are all thinking about “The Matrix”. Don’t even play.
- NEO is the Chinese “Etherium”.
- NEO is a blockchain AND a cryptocurrency.
- It was originally called Antshares (ANT) in 2014, but changed to NEO in June of 2017.
- It was started to fill a need of “smart economy” for China.
- It uses smart contracts (like Etherium) called NeoContracts.
- It operates under the Delegated Byzantine Fault Tolerance (dBFT) consensus protocol.
- Basically, a bunch of ‘witnesses’ have to come to at least a 66% consensus before approving a block or ledger.
- NEO is NOT divisible.
- NEO produces GAS. (Don’t we all?)
- GAS is divisible and is used to pay for smart contracts and transactions.
- NEO is coded in C# and Java (user-friendly) and ETH currently uses Solidity (not user-friendly).
- NEO contracts are WAY WAY faster than ETH.
- OnChain is a new private CLOUD service on NEO.

That was nice intro to Neo, i have been following it for some time. Will give it a shot.
Am wondering which is which for now, because the market is recovering already. It can be tricky where to invest because i already missed the dip last week.
Really, now's as good a time as any. Yes, the last couple of weeks have been SUPER sales, but like others, I just didn't have the fiat to invest right now.
From what I can tell, within a week or so everything will REALLY recover and more and more folks will become interested in what blockchain technology can offer.
It's pretty exciting.
I'll be doing a video on TENX soon (if not next). I really like their co-founder and how often he does video updates on Youtube. Plus, he used to be a doctor, so that guy's smart. 🤓
Will be waiting around for that tenx video. As of now it's about $1.95. promising as well.
