I woke up at 11pm last night thinking someone was knocking on the door.

Nope.

Then I woke up in middle of the night thinking I was hearing voicemails going to my phone from Homeless Joe's blocked number

Nope.

and then I woke at 530am - half an hour before the alarm was set to go off...

Homeless Joe left no scathing messages on my phone last night - no threats - no bribes, etc. Maybe he's dead. I am so stressed -

Since I sent his Social Security check back to Social Security "return to sender, address unknown" - I guess he's gonna have to go to a shelter and get an address if he can't find some poor sucker to let him use their address, next go to Social Security and give them the new address - and then he will have to wait till next month to get 2 checks together... so he's

shit outa luck

Not sure why the fucker did not show up to court - but good riddance of bad rubbish.

My neighbor, Tammy, brought me the Financial Waiver form so I could fill it out at home. Very Sweet that she thought of that for me - at 6am! Wow! People ARE nice.

A friend of mine remarked on the phone to me last night that the people who struggle are the people who are kind to you in these situations. The people who have moved passed struggling don't help...

Note to Self:

Hmmm... what does that say about us - maybe we are supposed to struggle so that we can remember to help our brother as we would like him to help us? Maybe we are not supposed to have robots doing our dirty work for us... so we can loll in the Florida sunshine complaining about the sad state of the nation.

I get to court. I file the "answer". I go to the civil eviction courtroom... and Joe is not there. William is not there. And I show the answer to the dude - and am told - go to court room 175 to set a TRIAL DATE

???

Well, I did. It's for next Monday. Now I have to somehow let William know the Trial Date... I am sending him a letter to our address and I will leave it in the mailbox for him. I sent an email to the Psych Ward and I will also mail a letter to them - letting him know the Trial Date.

Such a huge hassle -

And I am moving out anyway - he does not even have to evict me - because I just can't stand being around crazy guy any more.
