Steemit Music League Challenge Week #7 Results

Got some lyrics, some beatbox, and some epic beats created for the community to enjoy in this week of the #smlchallenge

With nine (9) incredible entries in Week Seven this was a fantastic experience for the judging panel of @chiefmappster, @danyelk, @derekmiller, and @andrewlyte.

The Steemit Music League is a community built by the community for the community with the goal of providing the most feedback, recognition, and rewards and possible all while bringing Steemians together.

As a result, we also now have an awesome interactive Discord Channel for everyone to come together, interact, play music, play beats, sing, and even record live jam sessions courtesy of @seveaux, @beatseb, and @nutela (video below)

This screams Street Fighter in every way. It is so awesome how you channeled your past to create this powerful Video Game inspired entry.

You dominate the details in this one. Have so many dope Street Fighter sounds intertwined in this beat. And that GIF you created holy smokes. That's incredible how it reads Video Game Theme #smlchallenge so freakin epic man.

My favorite part is when "Sonic Boom" comes in at 1:57 and the beats just flows until that epic ending countdown.

You dominated this theme in every way. Really appreciate you creating this incredible beat and artwork to share with the community.

This is a Video Game inspired entry right here o weeeeeee.

You mix the different sounds from three Need For Speed games so well with your original rock EDM type beat.

The game sounds you chose to use are very memorable and integrate very well with your beat. Any NFS fan will love this montage to that classic racing game.

And it provides an incredible amount of energy so definitely very useful when playing the game. Mute the game and turn this on instead :)

What an epic classic Video Game to sample. And to only sample game sounds in this beat so creative and definitely takes skills to make a beat flow like you did.

I am super impressed with what you did with this one. My favorite part are those game sounds you started using at 0:24.

And love how you end the beat in that classic Game over style.

Wow this screams an epic video game soundtrack.

The beat goes so hard after that JFK intro. The chords you use and how your beat just flows is so incredible in my opinion.

I envision this as an ideal beat for a battle Video Game scene.

It would set such an intense and energy-laced mood for a scene and if I was gaming to this I would be super pumped and engaged in the scene.

My favorite sequence is between 0:36-0:48 because it delivers such an intense almost Spartan 300 type vibe and energy I absolutely love.

What a classic guitar laced entry o weeeeee

You mix that boombap, your epic guitar playing, and on point sound quality to create such a memorable entry.

Usually it is your beat that takes over, but you let go and let your guitar playing lead the way on this one. And man is it some powerful guitar in this. Touches my soul. Man o man.

My favorite part is between 2:00 and 2:20 holy smokes did you dominate with your guitar o weeeeee.

Definitely an interesting take on the Video Game theme to pitch that Aquatic Ambiance down and lace it with your epic guitar.

Probably because I am used to your other beats, but was looking for a little more sound variance to help reinforce your guitar. But man o man did I love this.

And that Ape Mirror holy smokes that green object in the foreground makes me perceive the art in a more 3-D form so cool.

DK is in the houseeeeeeeeee.

What an awesome Donkey Kong entry.

Love the smooth, classy vibe to this beat. That Aquatic Ambiance track was an excellent choice in my opinion.

You also integrate those classic DK sounds so well into the flow of the beat. Not too much to overbear us but enough to remind us of its roots.

And you have the creative beat music video you created bringing two Donkey Kong scenes together to reinforce your DK themed entry.

Loved how you stayed true to the inspiration but one thing I would have liked more change-ups in the tempo and the sounds to keep my ears fully engaged with this one.

Man your lyrics on this one are so on point. I count over 20 different Video Game references in your lyrics.

And your story about Mario, Yoshii, Bowser, and Wario is so freakin hilarious and creative. You are seriously so talented for that one. This animated would be so epic and a chance to go viral. Just an idea for ya :)

Also, your flow on this one is the best I have heard from you so far. A couple spots you fell off but it makes me smile to see you progressing buddy. Props to you for the energy and how you hit your lyrics so well.

I also noticed at the very end wen you were rapping when you didn't have to read your flow was at it best. Just an observation.

Ayy the Beat Boxer of Steemit strikes again.

Love the Super Mario Beatbox and the story behind why you chose it. I had that same problem with my friends with Mario Kart on Nintendo 64 :)

It is so awesome how you can mirror the game sounds with your voiceeeeeeee. Man o man.

My favorite part is the beat box drop you have at 0:48. Holy smokes.

We need to send you a microphone one of this days so we can get that white noise and environment noise gone and get that sound quality score up.
