Basics of Steem (Part 26) : What is Author and Curation Reward

INTROThe Tron Fan Club is a specialized community working on some specific topics. As a moderator of the community, I am regularly sharing several tutorials to help newbies. In this series of tutorials, I am trying to share the basic issues of Steem blockchain.
I regularly share tutorials on the basics of the Steem Blockchain in our Tron Fan Club community. I am trying to present the basics of steem step by step so that anyone can start working on Steemit by themselves by following these tutorials. I have already shared 25 posts on this topic with you. Today I will share with you a very important topic in another series. Today's topic is reward distribution on Steemit.
Those who work on the Steem blockchain are rewarded for every work they do. Everyone needs to know what to do and how much reward to get. In this series I will try to discuss almost all aspects of reward distribution through five posts so that you can have a clear idea of how, from where and how much reward you can get by working on Steemit.
Basically, those of us who work is steemit play two types of roles. Author and Curator. Those who write post comments here are called authors and those who vote are called curators.
Author Reward:
When we comment on a post or make a post ourselves, then we are an author or author of that comment or post. The reward given to those who write here is Author Reward. That is, if any of your posts or comments get any quality votes (which are more than $0.02) then you will be paid about half of the value of that vote and that is what you get as an author reward.
Curation Rewards:
When you vote on someone else's post your vote definitely has a certain value and many people may have voted on a post then all those who voted are curators and when the post's rewards are paid out, they are approximately half of the post's payout. You will get rewards called Curation Rewards. Curation rewards depend on who has more voting influence because the more or bigger the voting, the more curation.

CONCLUSIONI am trying to share the details of Steem Blockchain in simple language in a consistent way as a collection so that anyone can easily know the details about this blockchain in one place. Those who newly want to work in the Steem blockchain can easily access to this world of Steem blockchain by studying the basics of steem series from here.
