Estamos muy emocionados y agradecidos con esta grandiosa oportunidad que nos brinda de estar por primera vez en Steemit Engagement Challenge en su 7ma sesión, semana 1 (SEC7:W1) juntos a las 6 comunidades seleccionadas que integran está edición, esperamos que todos nuestros chefs y suscriptores disfruten semana a semana cada uno de los concursos que estaremos presentando.

La propuesta que traemos para está primera semana en dónde estamos empezamos un nuevo año y con ellos nos planteamos nuevos planes y objetivo, como por ejemplo empezar con una Alimentación Sana y Balanceada después de las fiesta navideñas un mes donde disfrutamos de grandes comelonas tradicionales de la temporada, lo ideal es comer sano por ello te invitamos:

Como Participar?

Te invitamos que nos cuentes desde su criterio que es para usted una Alimentación Saludable ya que todo ser humano debe cuidar su salud y la alimentación es primordial para estar sanos, prevenir enfermedades y tener un peso ideal, puedes desarrollar en tu blog este tema de acuerdo a las interrogantes que detallamos a continuación:

🔸Que es para usted una alimentación saludable?

🔸 Cual es la importancia de comer aliementos que aporten nutrientes, minerales y vitaminas al organismo?

🔸Considera usted que su alimentación es saludable?

🔸Cuáles son los alimentos que más consume en su menú diario, considera que son los indicados para mantener una alimentación saludable?

🔸 Detalle desde su criterio un menú saludable para el día, (desayuno, almuerzo, snack, cena, bebida etc).

Recuerde ser original y creativo, no aceptamos bajo ninguna circunstancia plagio ni reciclaje de contenido, deber ser contenido exclusivo.

We are very excited and grateful with this great opportunity to be for the first time in Steemit Engagement Challenge in its 7th session, week 1 (SEC7:W1) together with the 6 selected communities that integrate this edition, we hope that all our chefs and subscribers enjoy week by week each of the contests that we will be presenting.

The proposal we bring for this first week where we are starting a new year and with them we have new plans and objectives, such as starting with a Healthy and Balanced Diet after the Christmas party a month where we enjoy great traditional seasonal meals, the ideal is to eat healthy so we invite you:

How to Participate?

We invite you to tell us what is for you a Healthy Food since every human being should take care of their health and food is essential to be healthy, prevent diseases and have an ideal weight, you can develop in your blog this topic according to the questions that we detail below:

🔸 What is the importance of eating foods that provide nutrients, minerals and vitamins to the body?

🔸 Do you consider your diet to be healthy?

🔸 Which are the foods that you consume most in your daily menu, do you consider that they are the right ones to maintain a healthy diet?

🔸 Detail from your criteria a healthy menu for the day, (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, drink etc).

Remember to be original and creative, we do not accept under any circumstances plagiarism or recycling of content, it must be exclusive content.
