Who wouldn't want a healthy meal to enhance their physical growth? Many today ensure their meals are well prepared to meet at least 4 classes of food on a daily basis while some may not be able to achieve these due to lack of funds to purchase, but they still adapt. What is healthy nutrition? Can healthy nutrition add a percent increase in our lives?

We have a menu of certain meals which includes all the classes of food on a daily basis. The food I consume most in my menu is rice and beans. These two meals are inevitable in my house and I consider these two foods to be a healthy diet however they are prepared and served as they contain the major classes of food

I dislike eating heavy meals before going to bed as it makes me more hungry than ever during the night
