As usual, I always split my reports into two; the Steem Cameroon Community Report and @thegreens’ report
1. Steem Cameroon Community Report
This report focuses on what I have been doing during the week for my community. My core responsibilities for the week were to complete the prepare a Membership, Delegations, #Club5050, and CSI Score Report as well as coordinate the Cameroon Steemit Njangi.
Steem Cameroon Admin Meeting
My activities for the month have all been in line with the online Admin meeting we held on Saturday 30th October 2021 at 20:00. I have been working based on the following resolutions from the meeting;
- A new weekly blogs review and curation roster will be put up as follows; @thgreens reviews and curates as well as submit #booming posts recommendations on Mondays and Tuesdays, @saxopedia on Wednesdays, @majerius on Thursdays and Fridays, and @fombae on Saturdays and Sundays. @saxopedia was given only a day to curate because he is the one in charge of curation with the @steemcurator04 account.
- @booming and @steemcurator04 upvotes will only be awarded to Cameroonian steemians who are members of #Club5050. These steemians must not be powering down their accounts, should not be involved in any vote-buying services, and must be powering up at least 50% of their earnings.
- Review delegations to @steem-cameroon and make recommendations to hit 50k SP
- Pay delegation rewards to Cameroonian steemians for the months of September and October 2021.
- Improve on information dissemination via the @steem-cameroon blog thereby making it very active.
- Curate all posts in the Steem Cameroon community while making sure all non-members' posts are muted.
- Start a new contest titled : Steem Cameroon Posts, Upvotes, and Comments Contests* wherein Steemians make a post at the end of the week saying the number of posts they made, the number of comments they left on other's posts, and the number of upvotes they left on other people's posts. @majerius was assigned to handle this contest.
- Organize online Steem capacity building seminars on different Steemit themes for members of Steem Cameroon Community.
Mindful of the aforementioned resolutions, I have completed my objective of ensuring that Delegations Rewards for the months of August, September and October are paid to Cameroonian Steemians as you can read in the posts below:
Steem Cameroon Membership Census
A census of members of the @steem-cameroon community was carried out during the week with the principal goal being to label members and encourage them to delegate to the community account. It was realized from the census that Steem Cameroon Community has 56 Members who have delegated and over 70 Newbies as you can read here: https://steemit.com/hive-195150/@steem-cameroon/2frjpt-steem-cameroon-community-membership-announcement-or-are-you-a-cameroonian-steemian-have-you-registered

Steem Cameroon Delegations Review and Recommendations Program
A monthly review of members' delegations to the community account was done during the week with the principal goal of the exercise being to encourage members to delegate to the community account to hit 50k SP as you can read here: https://steemit.com/hive-195150/@steem-cameroon/steem-cameroon-delegations-review-and-recommendations-report-or-steem-cameroon-targets-50k-sp
The account currently holds over 46K SP after the exercise and we look forward to hitting 50K SP before our first anniversary on the 04 of December 2021.
The Cameroon Steemit Program that aims at raising awareness about steemit as well as recruiting and retaining Cameroonians to the Steem blockchain was launched a few weeks ago.
The principal goal of the program is to raise awareness about Steemit to over one million Cameroonians as well as recruit, reward, and retain over 250 Cameroonians to Steemit before December 2021 as you can read here: https://steemit.com/hive-195150/@steem-cameroon/cameroon-steemit-program-recruit-reward-and-retain
Through this program, Cameroonian Steemians participating in the different contests organized by @steem-cameroon, @saxopedia, and @thegreens have been challenged to share their contest entries on their social networking channels in a bid to raise awareness about Steemit.

A committee to plan the activities for the celebration will be set up by @saxopedia this week.

The Plastic Bottles Recycling and Arboriculture Project
The Plastic Bottles Recycling and Arboriculture Project strives to remove 500K plastic bottles from the environment, transform them into UPB Tree Nursery pots and use them to nurse one million trees.
