Cameroon Steemit Program: ... Recruit, Reward and Retain
The Cameroon Steemit Steemit Program aims at raising awareness about steemit as well as recruiting and retaining Cameroonians to the Steem blockchain.
The principal goal of the program is to raise awareness about Steemit to over one million Cameroonians as well as recruit, reward and retain over 250 Cameroonians to Steemit before December 2021. Based on its principal objective, the program has been broken down into projects;
1. Cameroon Steemit Awareness Raising Campaign
This project is designed to raise awareness about Steemit to over one million Cameroonians using flyers, pictures, T-Shirts, banners, posters, videos, billboards, radio talk shows, contests and sports.
2. Cameroon Steemit Literacy Program
The project is designed to organize fortnightly Steemit trainings for new recruits and refresher courses for dormant and active Steemians.
3. Cameroon Steemit Contests
The project is aimed at organizing contests and programs aimed at engaging, rewarding and retaining Cameroonian Steemians. Some of the project's contests include

- Steem Cameroon #SPUD4STEEM Contest
- Steemit Newbies Encouragement Program
- Steem Cameroon Comments Contest, etc
4. Steem Cameroon 100K SP Shares Program and the Cameroon
The project aims at powering up @steem-cameroon to 100K SP by May 2023 via delegations, share sales, blogging and the Cameroon Steemit Njangi. The project's short term goal is to move @steem-cameroon to 50K SP by December 2021.
5. Cameroon Steemit Njangi
Cameroon Steemit Njangi is a socio-economic activity aimed at fostering social cohesion among Cameroonian Steemians while economically empowering her members and enabling them to start contributing their shares for the 100K SP Shares Program.
