Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 9th to 15th August, 2024.

Greetings everyone!
This is my 18th report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.

My 18th week from 9th to 15th August, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.

Lending a Helping Hand

I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a Steem Representative, I have closely monitored the many community posts. Below are the issues I've observed users this week :

Gave guidelines to users :

I have always been active this time as always to ensure that users can continue their work on Steemit properly. I have helped many newcomers in the meantime. I have pointed out various mistakes related to their posts. Basically asked them to concentrate on doing their activity on Steemit properly. Also I have noticed every time in user posts that they don't maintain their club and are indifferent about power up.

I have visited many newcomers articles this week. They have made a variety of mistakes in their articles. Basically those who are newbies have no idea about using post tags. I have given proper guidelines to those whom I have come across such problems.

I have given directions to users to establish themselves on the platform with any issues and improving the quality of posts. Encouraged other Steemians to use their voting power on articles and increase engagement with them.

I also mentioned in previous reports that some users use the #burnsteem25 tag by mistake or without knowing the correct usage. I am seeing this error frequently among users. But it is sad that some users keep repeating the same mistakes even after giving the guide.

One thing I am against from the beginning is that there are many users who abuse the simplest article diary game published on the platform. The reason for this is to use images from different days. Some unscrupulous users support such activities I would request my colleague SRs, curators and people in various community leaderships to monitor every user post very carefully and check the source of the images used.

I also serve as moderator of communities. As a moderator, I monitor every user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I am most attentive to new users in particular. Also interested in helping and neutrally supporting all users of the platform.

Also I always want all users of steemit to work here honestly and orderly. I am always ready to give them proper guidelines and suggestions. For this I am always grateful that the Steemit team has hired me to serve the Platform.

My Activities At Steem4Professionals as Admin

• Our community is currently maintaining good activity. As a Community Admin I am trying my best to grow the community and support and help all users of the platform.

• I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.

• I have been trying my best to keep the community active and have organized the community team members to organize various attractive competitions.

• Organized a competition from the official account of the Steem4Professionals community. . Contest : Week-6, Share a small business idea for new entrepreneurs.. I have declared the winner distributed 09 Steem among winners.
