Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 2nd to 8th August, 2024.

Greetings everyone!
This is my 17th report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.

My 17th week from 2nd to 8th August, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.

Lending a Helping Hand

I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a Steem Representative, I have closely monitored the many community posts. Below are the issues I've observed users this week :

Gave guidelines to users :

I have always been active this time as always to ensure that users can continue their work on Steemit properly. I have helped many newcomers in the meantime. I have pointed out various mistakes related to their posts. Basically asked them to concentrate on doing their activity on Steemit properly. Also I have noticed every time in user posts that they don't maintain their club and are indifferent about power up.

Also I always warn users about the uploaded pictures of diary game from different dates. Don't do this kind of activity. Also I have seen many users are unaware of Voting CSI especially those who are new comers. I gave them any suggestions and guidelines on Steemit and Discord.

I would also like to add that many people unknowingly or forgetfully miss out on various important tags when it comes to using tags in their posts. For this reason, I always ask users to be careful about using important tags in their posts. And with that I urge you to double check the spellings of the tags before posting.

Many people use upvotes on their own posts without understanding. I always ask users to refrain from voting on their own posts when I see such activity. And asked to spend my voting power by upvoting other users' articles. But mostly I noticed this kind of activity among new users. Since they are new, I try to kindly teach them the correct rules of the Steemit platform.

I also serve as moderator of communities. As a moderator, I monitor every user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I am most attentive to new users in particular. Also interested in helping and neutrally supporting all users of the platform.

Also I always want all users of steemit to work here honestly and orderly. I am always ready to give them proper guidelines and suggestions. For this I am always grateful that the Steemit team has hired me to serve the Platform.

My Activities At Steem4Professionals as Admin

• Our community is currently maintaining good activity. As a Community Admin I am trying my best to grow the community and support and help all users of the platform.

• I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.

• I have been trying my best to keep the community active and have organized the community team members to organize various attractive competitions.

• I organized a contest. Contest : "How to Improve Your Professional Skills? Season 02"., I have declared the winner distributed 06 Steem among winners. I announced the winner of the contest this week Winnner Announcement of 📢📢 Contest - How to Improve Your Professional Skills? Season 02" and distributed it among the 6 steam winners.

I have announced the appointment of a moderator again this week. Requirement of New Moderators On Steem4Professionals Community , 2nd Edition. We announce that we are open to cooperation with all our users on Steemit. This is the 2nd edition of the Moderator Recruitment. We are hiring new moderators to join us and collaborate with us (maybe 3 to 4 people needed).
