Dealing with laziness.

Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I'm going to participate in an interesting contest in Shine with Steem community. Where the content of the competition is Dealing with laziness. We all know that we are slaves to habit. But from this condition we constantly deal with laziness. Anyway how I deal with laziness in my daily life struggle so today I will share with you through this competition.

To combat laziness I will find small tasks that involve both labor and comfort. When I have nothing to do and I feel lazy, I draw with some colored pencils and white paper. Also to combat laziness we can go for a walk outside the house which is good for our mind. But when I get lazy I take a walk outside my room which is part of my physical exercise. In a word, to remove laziness, I try to engage myself in simple tasks or go out to refresh my mind, which removes my laziness to a large extent.

There are three methods I can use to reduce lethargy or fatigue in myself. In that case, if we talk about eliminating laziness, then I engage myself in family or personal work. By family work I mean all the household chores and they are: cooking, cleaning the house, tidying the house, spending time with my pets etc. Also can spend time with family members to remove laziness.

Now if I talk about getting rid of fatigue then I must take rest through sleep or spend time on social sites with mobile dramas, news from different places of the world as a means of entertainment and get rid of my mental fatigue.
There is a common saying and that is "Human is a slave to habit". So this means that people become lazy due to habit. There are people in our society who refuse to do any work and are habitually lazy because of which they cannot progress in their lives. But it is possible to change this habit of people. Although it takes time for people to change this habit but even then it should be changed gradually.

By nature or habit, people become lazy and become a burden to the family and society. So if we want to reach the roots of improvement, bad habits like laziness should be changed quickly. And individuals, families, societies and states should participate in activities that are important to all of us.
I feel most lethargic after lunch on a day and I don't feel like doing anything. Instead, the mind just wants to rest and sleep. The exhaustion of the whole day seems to catch up with me after lunch. However, it is important to rest after lunch because many times lack of sleep in the afternoon leads to physical discomfort including headache. Not only me but I have noticed that many other people feel sluggish in the afternoon after lunch and one of the reasons for this sluggish feeling is physical weakness or fatigue.
To be honest, waking up at a certain time every morning has become a habit of mine. Because I am a government employee and every morning I have to reach my office at certain time for which I have to wake up first thing on time and have a fresh breakfast and then reach office. Although there is an exception for one or two days due to physical illness, I have no problem waking up in the morning without physical health. So my lazy side will never show here. And when I wake up in the morning I dont need an alarm or any other wake up call. Rather out of habit I always wake up after a certain time which has become my daily routine.

Basically my office starts after 9 AM for which I wake up after 7 AM and after waking up I finish my breakfast fresh. After breakfast I get ready to go to office and leave home on time and wait for the office bus on the street and then reach office by office bus. Which I do on other five days of the week except Friday and Saturday.

I get lazy most times in the mornings after breakfast, reasons I often don't eat to work. You did well on this content about laziness and i must say i read and learnt a lot from it.
