Simple Strawberry Turnovers using Fresh Strawberries (FOOD PHOTO SHOOT) & Finally 30,000 SP
Simple. Fresh. Easy. These words are what I'm feeling today should be. I'm going to keep things short, sweet, and simple. Oh, and I finally reached 30,000 Steempower!
Being in the kitchen and creating delicious and sometimes messy foods for the people I love is something that makes me happy and I love to share that with you guys.
I find that pastry in any form, especially when it involves fruit, is always a favorite with my family. It doesn't need to be complicated though. So I personally work best when I'm relaxed and not really trying to be perfect. I don't know why I can't seem to remember that sometimes less is more, you know? My favorite posts are always the ones that I am really excited to share just because they are fun and realistic.
That being said, I am all over these strawberry turnovers. No fuss. Just basic and so yummy. Oh, and are you a fan of strawberry poptarts? Because that's what these taste like!
Have I told you about my berry addiction? Well strawberries are some of me favorite and I spent forever trying to decide what to make with them for today. However, as soon as I asked my taste testers they voted for pie in some form. How could I argue with that when it's obviously the right decision?
So here's to fresh summer berries, buttery pastry dough, and getting to enjoy them together! Oh, and I made a cute gif for the you!

Congratulations on your 30,000 SP! That's a testament to your great posts and your persistence! And how nice to see strawberries in a turnover! So many folks just use apples or cherries. Strawberry is a great turn of events! ; )
