The Challenge: At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done.
If you can't contribute yet, try to eat natural foods and stay well hydrated without the sugar for now.
It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100. You choose what exercises to do.
30 minutes of dedicated brisk walking, running, or SPINNING (new) can count as 100 reps if you're unable to lift or need to rest.
My Daily Challenge Completed - 120 reps:
-40 Bar Calf Raises (40) [one set]
-30 Shoulder Bar Presses (75 pounds)
-25 Behind Back Bar Wrist Curls (75 pounds)
-15 Shoulder Bar Raises (10 pounds)
-10 Bar Thrusters (75 pounds) [squat into shoulder press)
Daily Assessment: Staying fit can help keep your body young. When I'm in shape, people usually think I'm 5-7+ years younger. It really helps reinforce the work. Being fit also helps you give off more positive energy and shows that you're committed to your body and health, which can carry over to other elements in your life. Congrats to everyone involved, and I hope you're continuing to, or starting to, turn back the clock with these efforts. What we're doing is preventative too.
Ate a decent portion of chicken and 5 eggs with onions. Have a few beers for the NFL playoff games and a poker night. About two more weeks until I go to the gym for the first time since Jan 11, 2017.
Feedback from @mightpossibly:
"I'd also like to add that I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."
Please see my first post linked below for my motivation, the challenge background, rules, and details for the Steemit Silver Coin prize! It's also got some personal stuff about why I'm doing this, so it could be a good motivator.

Haha @steemmatt you crack me up. "Won't rest again till the spring"
Saturday - At least 1 1/2 hour stretching, yoga and a few pushups
Sunday - 112 reps (various and mostly new hands and arm exercises)
Today - resting/stretching
Assessment: I'm having trouble typing, hands particularly sore after new exercises yesterday. Need less typing, less reps and more rest. "Discovered" some new arm-muscles and how to exercise them (very inspiring!). To-do: Borrow some weights and a pull-up bar to have at home. And a kettle-bell?
On the other hand (get it?), I'm noticing that my wrist muscles are feeling noticably stronger lately, so I gotta be doing something right. Still, I think I need to develop a more wholesome/complete exercise program for the long term.
Are there garage sales in Norway or is that an American thing? Come spring time, if you have garage/yard sales, there are usually some weight sets people want to get rid of.
Good idea! We do have fleamarkets in the spring. Not so much garage sales I think
