ECO: Uber Founder to Create a BETTER Cryptocurrency?

TL;DW (Too Long; Didn't Watch)

  • “Eco aims to create a new global currency that is easier, safer, and faster to use than paper money.”
  • ECO is decentralize, however, it aims to “fairly distribute” the economic value generated by its open source platform to its community.
  • There will be NO ICO.
  • The tokens (ECO) will be distributed for FREE via their website and to any partners or Universities that have joined.
  • It’s White Paper aims to address Bitcoin’s three main issues:
    --Concentration of resources in a small group of persons.
    --Extreme energy consumption (to create blocks)
    --It’s perception of being unsafe and complicated.
  • ECO’s White Paper is available, but they are early in planning.
  • From the White Paper, last paragraph:

If you are an expert in technology, security, economics, governance, policy or design and are interested in helping build Eco into a global currency, please email us at [email protected]. Universities, open-source projects, companies and non-profits who are interested in partnering with Eco can email [email protected] for more information. If you have feedback on Eco, please send ideas and suggestions to [email protected].

    ECO ... that might be a brilliant idea but I'm sure there are more unbeatable crypto-currencies bid more better offer to stay at where they are now.. will see .. this could be a better alternative to have. Thanks @carrieallen one full creamy latte for you don't worry its all on my ECO...Cheers haha

    I understand that I've gotta be found before I can expect to be paid for my time. TBH, I'm looking at it like I JUST started a Youtube channel. It takes a LONG time for people to become popular. Same thing here. If I stay consistent I'll be famous in no time. 😎
