Here is my freewrite for today.
My most latest memory of phone was off my dad's. It was one of those big phones . I guess those days , the fashion was the big black phones . And we all wanted to try to hold it and all. And I even made it fall down. But I don't think it broke. Then , came a time when it was no longer the phone in fashion , then I saw my aunt with this small Nokia phone , that was the first phone in which I played a game. It was this snake moving around eating stuff game. Then I knew , there was games in phones. Then my mom got this other phone which was a flip phone , it was also from Nokia . That was the first phone my parents let me take to tuitions , since I used to walk and go alone. They would call me , just to make sure if I'm safe. But one day , after mom came from work , I had to put her clothes to soak , and I forgot to check her pocket and that phone , was a sacrifice of my careless behavior. I got a lot of shoutibgs from my dad that day.
But that was my most favorite. Then came another Nokia , then Samsung entered out family. It was a smooth and eruotive ride with Samsung. That's when Hwawei shined through the ad page and made us choose him. Oh yes , he was the best of the best. I love hwawei the most . But I always have a special place for Nokia.
Great freewrite and selfie. I have washed so many cell phones, and one fell in the dish water. :)

My first phone was a Siemen... Then Nokia... And because of 3310, I got to know my husband... LOL...

Nice freewrite! My first cell phone was the clunky Nokia big and black with snake game. My seconds when was the red Nokia. I've also had a flip phone but my favorite was the little red Nokia. Back then little was in now I have a phablet, the Note 8! I guess preferences change. Your selfie is adorable!

There's another one downtown, I'll have to go and check it it's still got the phone or if it's just the booth? Used to love calling my older boyfriend from the one at the junior high school :)

Don't think they found out about the phone calls from school, but I did get into trouble being with this guy in a car late one night. The cops came with their flashlights, banging on the windows and he told me to pretend we were sleeping? Anyway, turns out the car was his aunts or something and she'd reported it stolen! I didn't have any kind of record, so I had to go to some peer court thing rather than juvenile and it wasn't so bad except the snickers from my peers when the police report read aloud stated that we were pretending to be asleep.
LOL! Their words described a different person, I'm sure.
Wow I remember those phones...hehe , but I used it in 2004 maybe , yeah..so much nostalgia. And you look amazing sis ❤️

Wow!! Pretty soon those will only be in a museum!! When I had my store, I had a customer who would bring me quarters to exchange all the time - he had several payphones. I watched him slowly lose his business courtesy of the cell phone...
Too bad really because sometimes it's really handy/nice to be able to make an anonymous call ;) You know, even if you're just leaving a helpful hint you think someone else might want to know, but you don't necessarily want to get involved.

Here is me, with an old iphone that I use for taking photos, because it no longer works as a phone. :/ Which is fine, because I take my selfies with my other cheapo phone that works well enough, especially since I try to avoid using a phone as much as humanly possible.

President Obama - there is a government program here in L.A. where if you're really poor, you get a phone. Does the phone work is a whole separate topic.
