Freewrite Day 577 Window
I have a wonderful window where I live now in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. It looks just like the icon in the poster I made for this post. It’s not really a window. It is a three part sliding glass door with over-sized doors and takes up the whole back wall of my room. The door on the left and the middle one open all the way to where the right one stays in place.
Outside the window is my balcony, which is about 10 feet longer than the windows. The part where the doors are open has a wall with louvers at the outside edge of the balcony and the rest of it has a railing. The wall means that no matter WHAT kind of insane tropical storm is going on out there, I can still keep the door open. Booming thunder, freaky lightning, and torrential rain cannot get in the opening.
This is fantastic! I have the best airflow of my life here. The door to my room is basically hidden by hallways, so I can leave it open when I feel like it. Beyond that is the door to the whole condo which is open with hallways to the other side of the building. Sometimes I am in here with wind as if I am outdoors. The whole thing is one big thrill for me.
Add to all this my ceiling fan and I am comfortable here until it gets as hot as hot can be. In the early morning it sometimes even gets cold (for Malaysia) and I need to close up a bit and turn down the fan.
My window situation is one of the many blessings I am grateful for. I cannot imagine a better situation in this regard, but you never know!
My post is for the #freewrite daily challenge by @mariannewest. Freewrite is a great way to post on steemit when you do not think you have the time, or talent, or anything to say. It’s a great way to start regular posting on steemit. I know you can do this too! Here is Marianne’s freewrite prompt post for today. Give it a try and surprise yourself.

How is your journey to better health going?
Is your fitness equipment out handy? Are you on a "diet?" Soon we will be in Bathing Suit Season. Are you ready?
I lost "Half My Size" eight years ago by using natural methods. No tricks, just doing a bit better every day. I started on October 10 one year, and did not give up. Four years later, on October 5th, there I was - thin and healthy for the first time in my life. You can do it too!

Me too - I have had similar in a living room, but never in a bedroom. It's one of the joys of my life now :)

Howdy fitinfun! that sounds like the worlds best window! No wonder you love it. So that place is working really good for you except the fact that it has sketchy wifi?
Pretty much. I really love where I live. Only the wifi and the long walk out are my issues. But the walk is probably good for me lol.
$85 usd per month , private, quiet room, balcony, free laundry on the same floor. Shared kitchen and bath near the laundry. Great swimming pool. Cheap LRT train 10 minutes walk from the gate so I can get anywhere. Three good places to eat and a convenience store onsite. Tons of 24 hour food also outside the gate along with every store I need. Love my life here :)
Howdy again fitinfun! A shared kitchen? How is that working out? Shared with how many?
The building and amenities in the location sound amazing. What do you mean by "the long walk out?" Long walk to where?
