Drinkers Review:

This 'Amber Ale' is from the distinguished James Squire range. It has a spectacular deep, copper color and pours with a decent head. It has a caramel like smell to it and the taste is very much what you would expect based on its aroma. Some slight bitterness in the finish. Good carbonation, making it quite refreshing. This is not as strong as some of the other brown ales tasted making it quite easy to drink, and one that I like to drink regularly. It’s a nice BBQ lunch beer, where your mind is on other things and you want something with a little taste that is not too strong. Overall, not a bad beer. Give it a try.

This would have to be one of my favourite beers, for sure. I enjoy that tart bitterness at the finish. Quite unique In that way, i think.
