Sea watercolor. Simple reception in a couple of strokes with a brush. Art.

I like to look at the master classes of contemporary artists. In two or three smears they make masterpieces and sometimes share their work with ordinary mortals. So I also peeked this idea of ​​a light landscape from an artist from Odessa.

In order to draw a similar picture you need about half an hour. At me it even in view of drying of a leaf and reduction of a workplace in order. Therefore, when the next time you think that watercolor is a long time - remember about this work.

What do we need?

Sheet a4 of watercolor paper (I have 100% cellulose), Scotch tape (which fixes the sheet around the perimeter), watercolor, water, napkins and 3 brushes: large (I have flat) for wetting the sheet, round medium-sized protein and flat small synthetics.

And here are the steps that need to be taken:

1. We mix the bright blue paint, I use ceruleum. Visually divide the sheet so as to fill the top 2/3 of the sheet with water. Wet the sheet and on wet paper with dry paint and pigment, we put the sky so that there are small white clouds. Since the sheet is wet, all the paint will float a little, this is the effect we need. The main thing is that there are no puddles on the sheet! And a little on top of the sheet add cobalt blue. To the sky was a small gradient from dark to light on the horizon.
   
2. We are waiting for the lower part of the sky to dry out. After that, take the blue paint of another shade. Darker than the sky. And almost dry with a brush put our sea. Since a sheet of paper is dry, and water on the brush is not enough, then if you move your hand from the leaf fields to the center, the water ends and dry marks remain. They are what we need. This is the glare on the waves. Closer to the edge of the sheet, mix a little ocher to get a warm shade of the sea.
   
3. Now take a small flat cyst, moisten it and "wipe" the place in the sky, where our sailboat will be. Please note that the brush should be moist, but not wet!
   
4. Mix sienna burnt and indigo to get a gray tint. We draw a sailboat with a small dry brush. And there are several birds in the sky. The main thing is that the birds are different: one more, one less, the third at a different angle, and so on. Then the picture will look alive.
   
5. Picture dried up. You can remove scotch and sign the work!
