Evolved08gsr's Travel Week-In-Review
Another Week, Another Pair of Flights!
Feel free to take a look at Evolved08gsr's Monday Take-Off and Evolved08gsr's Monday Runway Sitting for my travel experience from Monday morning.
My trip this week, similar to prior weeks, was to #newyorkcity. I'm working in downtown Manhattan, so most of my photos are from there or my flight home. I hope you enjoy!
I tried to be a little artistic by "framing" the new World Trade Center Freedom Tower

There were a couple of photos that I took on my way to the airport which I believe were fun and interesting, so I hope you enjoy these as well. The first is a waterside view of Brooklyn, from Manhattan and the second is a view of a helicopter ready to take off from the downtown helipad.

I didn't take many other photos this week, aside from a large number during my flight home. The weather was slightly overcast, and there were so many clouds in the sky that I couldn't resist looking out the window and enjoying the view. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! :)

For those unfamiliar with the significance of Citi Field, that is where the New York Mets play Manjor League Baseball. Arthur Ashe Stadium is where the Professional Tennis US Open is held (and you can also see the location of the New York "World's Fair" in the background). Yankee Stadium is, of course, where the New York Yankees play Major League Baseball.
Watching our plane descending through the clouds that were multi-layered was highly enjoyable and unique. It reminded me of my skydiving experience where I actually dropped through a cloud during my descent!
