Seafarer’s Memorial ☀ Shadow Photo
This part of Alaska lacks some nice cobble
paths and sun, right now lots of rain, even
the river was running high.
These are some kind of brick pavers
encircling this monument.
I noticed in another photo that I will be
using later on, that there is a star compass
under the statue with the cardinal directions
N•E•W•S•
Which way is he facing?

It was so very cold that day these shadows
were captured. The zero's with wind that
take your breath away, cold to the bone!
His legs, rope and the structure is
making for some shadows, oh I'm in
there to.
This seafare's memorial is on
the Homer spit in Alaska.

That sure is a nice statue and the negative is awesome. You would never catch me taking photos in that kind of weather. Is that a shadow of you leaning with an arm up, taking the photo? That is what it looks like to me.

In the background here of the Homer spit, spit of
land :-) is Kachemak Bay in the background.
Loads of boats, fishing and more fishing! lol

That negative image is rather surreal looking with the colors, that green stone turned a beautiful shade of violet.
It sure did didn't it! I like how negative looks with
some photos, like with cave art and petroglyphs,
reverse there color and see more details! :-)
