Hey y'all Lily from Tokyo lemme say hello

Ahoy everyone

I'm Lilium - an expat girl living in Tokyo. I've been involved in the music world for many years now and through my navigations and world travels I ended up here in Tokyo to be with my husband.

Yes thats me on the right looking like a creepy goblin. Moments after that photo was taken we all rushed to catch last train, through some mix up we were separated going on the wrong train since I had to refill my IC card delaying everyone ahh!!! Alas, it worked out through a maze way of transfers she was able to find her way back.

Anyway

Why am I on here? Hmm damn good question... well I create videos and music. For example -

Pretty cool eh? After years of being involved in music and art I've gotten to the point where I've slowed down my output to a few controlled releases, er I should say 'a seasonal drip'... wait no thats not it either... anyway you get the point. There was this thing called "Seapunk" I had something to do with in the past and hell no I'm not gonna talk about it in this post though I will say, I'm liking the looks of steemit, and I want to give it a try. It basically allows me the opportunity to post stuff unique to this platform and share just with y'all!

No of course not! I enjoy writing about my days here and posting photos as well (like this one of the sunset from my roof in Tokyo)

Talking about my upcoming music releases and posting info about that.(Because everyone likes to see me beg for you to check out my new album and buy my new forthcoming vinyl cause like analog formats are really makin' a comeback stateside I SWEAR Y'ALL.

And posting pictures of where I travel and ride my bike to. Yea I'm a cyclist and a vegan (don't say it know you are thinking it but we won't say his name god damn it, and if you don't know who or what I am referring to then thats great because in this situation ignorance is bliss, not something you would hear a vegan say)

Oh did I mention my husband runs a vegan Curry joint in Golden Gai?

Yes it's delicious and the menu changes everyday. Dubbed "Galaxy Curry" (since its at Galaxy Bar). If you don't know then I'll tell you, Golden Gai is this super cozy bar district next to Kabuki Cho the so called "desire district". Years ago Golden Gai used to essentially be micro brothels, where customers would get clients and then go upstairs to uh... ya know... fuck... or maybe not, actually I don't know what they did it could be something else but it was sex. (Damn this isn't helping the whole restaurant plug thing I had going is it) So years later the "red light" days of Golden Gai passed, owners of the bars switch hands so many times that some tenants don't actually know who the person is who own the structure, just people subletting to each other... FOREVER! No but seriously, Golden Gai is becoming quite touristy, with a very central location and has such a unique cozy feeling, I recommend. For example -

So yea, depending on the response this gets will determine what kind of stuff I'll post, I'm feeling the blog style the most, with occasional private music videos interlaced. Seems the most unique that way. Otherwise it's just anotha vlogger eh~!?
