Wayne Gichie has been studying Martial Arts for over 30 years. His mastery lies in Karate. Gichie has earned his 3rd dan black belt in Karate and a Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Although Karate is the foundation of Gichie’s craft, he blends other disciplines such as Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai and Boxing to diversify his practice.
My videos will demonstrate, Gain and Improve- Self defense, Kata's, Sparring, Flexibility, Physical, Mental Health Wellness Tips, Self-esteem ,Confidence, Discipline, Respect, Build Mind, Body, and Spirit. Martial Arts Fight Tip Breakdown/Predictions. Injury Warning: Always warm up before attempting any of these techniques. Practice these techniques at your own risk.
