Weekly Report Of The Activities Of The African Men And Women (From 8/06/2022 To 19/06/2022)/ Rewarding 2 most Outstanding Posters Each Report Period

Today, I want to make an update of the African women as regards their activities for the past 14 days. My observation is that there is a great decline in the number of publications by the African women in the steemwomens club community. There are several factors that has necessitated this which I will like to point out.

• The ongoing engagement challenge has kept the African women so busy that they do not have much time left to create contents in the community.

• The deep in the crypto world has also affected their earnings, there making it impossible for their earnings from steemit to be enough to care for their daily needs. This has made some of them to focus on their offline businesses than on steemit.

• Some are also discouraged because of lack of supports on their publications in the past.

Well, these points are understandable. But not enough reason to remain inactive in a platform like steemit. Consistency is the key to survival in steemit no matter how things are. It is good to note that most of us are passing through a lot lately. Some are sick and some have one challenge or the other.

All these put together has slowed the African women down in making publications in steemwomens club community.

However, to help them increase their activities, I have sought the consent of our community founder, @svm038 to enable me host a special simple contest for the women. I am glad that I got her permission to host this contest below 👇👇👇

From now on, I will reward 2 outstanding posters for each period of my report by adding them as beneficiary to my steemwomens club community report. How The African Women Can Win The Next Beneficiary

The rule is simply

• Publish regularly in the community at least 3 for each week.

It is true that we want to encourage all women to be active in the community, but that doesn't rule out the fact that the community has an acceptable publications. • It is important to note that we should take the club status very seriously by constantly checking if we are still in the club. Our supports from booming and from any if the curators, be it @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02 depends on the club status even though we are sure that the supports are not certain. But we want to do our part first by being in the clubs especially upgrading to club75 or even club100.
