Weekly Activity Report as a Moderator of Steem For Pakistan Community. 13 July to July 19, 2023.

Assalamualaikum everyone,
Hope everyone is very well by the grace of Almighty Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also well and healthy. This is my another weekly report as a moderator of Steem for Pakistan community.From 13/07/2023 to 19/07/2023 I have conducted my weekly activities in the community. I am delighted to be a part of the Steem For Pakistan community. I am very happy to work with my team and I'm here today to share my weekly summary of the work I've accomplished with my team and members of my community.

My weekly activities as a Moderator of Steem For Pakistan Community.

While working as a community moderator we are given certain responsibilities like checking posts, maintaining good environment and rules in the community, detecting abuse and taking appropriate action, user verification in the community, maintaining image with all users etc. I use some methods for regular post checking.For regular normal posts and engagement challenge posts, I check posts through two methods. And that is:

This week I covered 07 posts and all the posts were good .Today, I saw a user use copyright image so I guided her and another user was not aware about using the right tag so I guided him about this matter too. Besides, I saw that some user didn’t make good quality post so I try to give them proper guide. I also try to fix others problem of user which I find in their post. When I go to the user's post review I follow the following processes and check each post:

• I used steemworld.org and steemcryptic tool to check the club status of their posts.

• I used duplichecker and smallseotools to check plagiarism of user posts.

• I also ensured that every user has complete their achievement-1 and every post is #steemexclusive.

• I also checked if anyone has started Bit bots services or others services.

• I also check if any article is created by AI bot or not, so I use Chatgpt-2 detector and [Zerogpt detector](https:/ /www.zerogpt.com/) for check.

• And I encouraged those whose voting CSI is less than 5 to vote on other's posts and directed those whose voting power is below 80.

• Those who are not verified in our community I invite them for verified in our community and give them level. Here is the link for the verification.

Currently I have 9,838.29 steem power and out of that 7,522.54 SP is my effective steem which I use to support all users who post quality content regularly. Currently my voting CSI is 17.0 ( 0.00 % self, 146 upvotes, 94 accounts, last 7d ) I make proper use of my voting power and I never let my voting power fall below 80%.And on the other hand I as a user always try to help other users. I help my steemit friends on Discord about various things that I know.

This week I organized a beautiful contest which topic is "Burnsteem Campaign" and now second season is running. This contest is related to burnsteem25 and for participate in the contest user need to share there current diary blog. July 16 at 11:59 PM (GMT+6). On the other hand, last week I organized a contest whose main topic was [Drawing a Fig]. A total of 08 people participated in this contest. This week I announced the winner's name of this contest and awarded the contest prizes to the winners.

Besides, I always keep myself active by posting regularly, increasing engagement with others user and encouraging users to vote on their IDs. This week I made total 11 post and I always participate in every seasons engagement challenge and also different community contest. Theses are my current engagement challenge post and it was the first week of season 10 engagement challenge,
