Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 26th July to 01st August, 2024.

Greetings everyone!
This is my 16th report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.

My 16th week from 26th July to 01st August, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.

The ongoing situation in my country has not been resolved yet. The student movement in Bangladesh is still continuing. At present, students, lawyers, other organizational groups of the country have united and started a movement against the downfall of the government. Amidst all these problems, the country's government has introduced internet services but its Speed is less. Due to which it has become very difficult for us to browse other social sites including the Steemit platform. I have talked to a lot of Bangladeshi Steemians this week. They also reported problems browsing the internet and not being able to post to Steemit.

Due to the overall situation in the country, many steemians including me and my country have suffered a lot financially due to not being properly active on Steemit. I request steemit team to look kindly on Bangladeshi users.

My Activities as Community Curator

I'm working as a community curator this month and I curated two days between the 26th July to 01st August, 2024. It was dated 27 and 30/07/2024. I had my 4th week curate date on 27/07/2024. But I couldn't curate because of my internet problem. So I put one of my team members on duty for the day. I mentioned in the last report that I was unable to fulfill my duties as curator due to my internet being down.

In July, I could not fulfill the duties of curator for three days in total. So I am also excluded from the beneficiary of the 4th week curation report.

However, in the last week of July, my internet service was somewhat functional, so I performed the duties of the curator on 30/07/2024. Details of my curation day are given below:

Lending a Helping Hand

I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a Steem Representative, I have closely monitored the many community posts. Below are the issues I've observed users this week :

Gave guidelines to users :

• Over the last week I have observed many user posts. Where most users are careless in using tags in their articles. They often misspell different tags and give club tags. I always ask users to correct mistakes in club tags as soon as they see them. I suggest using the correct tags according to the article.

• Also I always get a problem with the users article. And that is the image used in the diary game. Many people post a daily diary game using images from different days. I always warn users about this fact that this is an unacceptable practice. So I think users need to carefully monitor the images used in diary game posts.

• I also serve as moderator of communities. As a moderator, I monitor every user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I am most attentive to new users in particular. Also interested in helping and neutrally supporting all users of the platform.

My Activities At Steem4Professionals as Admin

• Our community is currently maintaining good activity. As a Community Admin I am trying my best to grow the community and support and help all users of the platform.

• I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.

• I have been trying my best to keep the community active and have organized the community team members to organize various attractive competitions.

• I organized a contest. Contest : "How to Improve Your Professional Skills? Season 02"., I have declared the winner distributed 06 Steem among winners.
