Hot contest #02 | My Opinion About the Curator Team

Greetings to you all.
Hot contest #1 is over, it's time for me to announce the best participants who will get Steem Power as a promised prize. In Total, there are 9 participation posts, and all of them have their own opinion and quality. Previously I offered a continuation contest for the second edition with a different theme, here is the background to the theme of the Hot Contest #02.
Every month the Steemit team opens applications for many users who are eligible to become a curator team, those who are selected get the task of finding posts in various communities and languages to then provide support to all users by the terms and rules. Among those who are selected every month in turn, there are seven curation teams consisting of 28 curators who manage 4 million SP every month.
From these tasks, those who are selected will get the benefits obtained from the tasks they do, they also have a great responsibility to carry out curation to the desired expectations. To apply to be a monthly curator in need of conditions must be met, as a form of trust and eligibility of users who want to apply.
- Want to hear opinions on whether the work as a team of curators is interesting for users.
- Can be a benchmark for the extent to which the curator team is good for the user, according to individual opinions.
- Presenting a natural post based on personal opinion.
To make it easier to participate even if you don't need to follow the contest tips, you can present the question description below:
- by the circumstances in your current real world, does the job of being a team curator appeal to you? why interesting and why not interesting, explain your reasons.
- if referring to the post Steemit Update November 27th, 2023 : Community Curators for December, are the conditions for applying appropriate? this is a personal opinion, you are free to write anything.

This contest will be held for 7 days, starting from December 10 to December 16, 2023, at 23.00 Indonesian time.
