It is my pleasure to participate in this contests where user are allowed to Share thier opinion about curators team.My special thanks goes to all Admin and Mods of this community for their best efforts and hard work,l appreciate specially @fantvwiki for organizing this contests.Follow through as l use the guidelines question to Share my opinion about this contests.

My vote from curators always comes as a surprise to me,l like surprises as such, l would also love to surprises other user when l become a curator.

Being a team curators in the current real world does sound like an appealing Job. For one, it's an opportunity to work with and learn from diverse group of people with variety of perspectives.l would be a chance to build skills in research of quality content post, comment and upvote plagiarism free post.

Currently, being among the curators team is what l am longing for but since my reputation and my steem Power,is holding me back,l need sit tight create high quality content post, engaged meaningful with other,in other to receive vote and grow my reputation in the platform.

I realize that, all curators have invested most of thier time in steemit platform creating meaning post, growing thier steem power and reputation which made them fit for position,lt is not a position for newbies but for those who actually under steemit platform,shown commitment in the platform for a long time.

Overall, l think being a team curator would be a fascinating and fulfilling job, lf opportunity is given to me because at the l am free,l can sacrifice my time to read other users post, check for plagiarism free,Al Free content Post, post with good quality content and those who abide by the rules and regulations that govern contests and give them a surprise 🤩.

I accept it 100%.lt is more than appropriate.lf you read the post twice and check on those curators chosen,you will attest that they have done a lot in the platform. All of them have built a lot of steem power,most of them are on 4x dolphin and more. This mean they have sacrifice lot of thier time in growing different community in this ecosystem.

Steemit platform need patience, sacrifice and consistency, Most of them have done this, going through the reference above,lt gladden my heart to know that,lf an individual applied for this the position, but unfortunately her or she was not selected, there is room for replication.

They selected members where given rules and regulations that will guide them on their work, even for them to check on user's blog and upvote thier publication, check for people who consistently support null and use hag tag burnstem 25.They should also engaged meaningfuly on others user's post.This a great invocation.

Lastly, after all ,they need to indicate if they are still interested in the position given to them on the comment section with their discord name and Twitter account for steemit team to be sure of thier acceptance and count on them,lt is an appropriate development.

If l said that they are not doing hard work in this ecosystem,l will be the most ungrateful human being, because the curators work day and night to support others.No one is paying them for this sacrifices and remember they also need to take time create thier own post to grow more and more in the platform.

Most of them have other work in different communities.Let take @radjasalman for example,he has a personal job aside from steemit,then on steemit platform he has a lot to do, ranging from being among the curators team,he also work as an mod, work as steem representative and other positions to mention but a few,even with all of this engagement and entanglement,he must create high quality post to remain a steemians,and the same with other curators.

As such many people them have sacrifice a lot for other just to maintain their name in the platform,as such thier effort should be appreciated irrespective of anything.

Fristly, let me say that the day, l will be a curator,it will be a dream come true day on steemit platform.l will love to curate,quality Post from steemit engagement challenge, art work,Craft,Do it yourself creativity,New,health but most importantly dairy game.

It is always very hard to fake dairy game because you must showcase selfie showing that you where actually there and the picture shared must carried the same date. lt help to use know
more about other user's day and well-being,be it a lovely,stressful,full of excitement and a productive day. On craft and do it you self creativity, the author must provide steps by step of his or her work and selfie at the end to show the originality of the work done.

To be very flanked,l don't really have much to criticize not because my post have been favored by curators but because l always have in mind that upvote is not a guarantee.

Based on suggestions,l want to appreciate steemit team for selecting curators, for them to support other members, but l suggest that more curators should be appointed,we have only 28 curators but if you check daily post ,we have more than hundred quality Post written all over different community and more than two hundred post in one week as such it not easy to for them to check all and vote all.This sometime lead to favoritism.This is my feeling.

Lastly,all curators should try more on voting,vote newbies,old user and active users.
