Accountability Standards: The Garden of Eden Ledger, Or How We Invest Our Freedom 4/27/18
We hold high standards for transparency, accountability, and responsibility. We share ledgers of our production not only to inspire others, but to motivate and top ourselves.
In the last month, our full-time volunteers have changed the world! We:
- announced the biggest news in GOE history
- delivered a baby! (ok that was a little more than a month ago, but nonetheless we had a baby!!)
- attended the first Steem Creators Conference in Vegas where @quinneaker gave the keynote speech, @everlove presented ART on Steem, @saramiller gave deeksha, the ladies debuted the @museproject, and partnerships were born
- traveled a collective 11,942 miles
- created 36 unique SteemGear items
- presented new friends with their custom Steemit gear
@mareyjaney, @larrymorrison, @coruscate
- built 22 new web pages
- integrated cryptocurrency payments into the Ethical Merchantry of our website
- hatched Eden Metamorphosis Festival
- garnered the support of an international awarding winning documentary filmmaker for making a movie about the GOE
- won a karaoke contest
- opened our GOE Seed Bank
- sent @quinneaker to Puerto Rico for Blockchain Unbound, Coin Agenda, and to scope locations for Eden 2.0, and welcomed him home to present at Medicine for the People fest
- scheduled return flights to Puerto Rico for Restart Week
- inspired Steemians
- shared sustainable solutions for cob building, constructing a chicken coop for $10, making a rocket stove, wildcrafting, raising goats, making greenhouses, using pallets for structures, and repurposing fence panels
- planted thousands of seeds
- offered our property for sale by cryptocurrency exchange or USD to fund the next phase of our project
- introduced the @museproject
- regularly served a local farmer's market by taking old produce off their hands they would otherwise have had to throw in the garbage because they don't have composting services at their location
- entered the Steemit OpenMic Contest
- received donations of goods and materials
- spent $0 on food, childcare, and healthcare
- published 4 episodes of the Chronicles of Eden newsletter
- gave dozens of interviews
- received a gift of a new-to-us car
- upgraded our tech systems with new-to-us computers, cameras, and cell phones
- published 85 @gardenofeden articles on the Steem blockchain
- fed 1,668 free meals
- gave away 42 boxes of groceries (we will give YOU free food too - just come by and ring the bell!)
- created 3,580 pounds of compost
- took down the winter greenhouses
- harvested 185 pounds of greens and herbs
- fulfilled over 300 orders for nutritional supplements
- took 18,372 photos
- saved 6,300 pounds of trash from the landfill
- created 35 new recipes
- hosted 24 guests in our Cobb Cottage on AirBnB
And tomorrow we are going to the DFW Healthy Living Expo to present natural health and high vibe health supplements.

My wife and I are so not the green-thumbed of our family but our 7-year-old daughter loves it!
She plants carrots, tomatoes, potatoes and anything she can find with seeds.
So from this minnow thanks for the content you are putting out here on Steemit. We used to live up in the Keller and Bedford area now we are down in South Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. We miss the Fort Worth area. lol

We do not have any courses on the upcoming schedule because we're changing directions quite significantly. The next event we will host at our property is going to be a festival to celebrate our launch into Eden 2.0! That sounds really cool. Our goal is to move back up to the Fort Worth area by the end of the summer. All depends on how well I hit my 10-10-100 day challenge.
