Cyprus vs Belgium

The Belgian Team played a good match against Russia despite all the missings. Tielemans did well on the midfield and Eden Hazard as always was the best player on the pitch with all the deciding actions that allowed goals to be scored. Russia managed to score, but it was only because one of those rare big goalkeeper mistakes you don't see very often. Overall the team is in a good vibe starting off the campaign with a win against what is said to be the strongest opponent of the group. Today they play against Cyprus who took a 5-0 win at home against San Marino. It's clear who the favorite is in the match against Belgium and the main question to ask is what the correct handicap is. Belgium is still without many important players (Lukaku, De Bruyne, Witsel, Kompany,...) but showed they have enough quality in the team still. It will the the 100th international match from Eden Hazard today also.

Cyprus is not a team like San Marino that get run over each match but they also never managed to qualify for a world cup or a European championship. They might miss their top striker Sotiriou tonight and will likely start off with an enforced midfield and 1 striker. The -2 line @ 1.8 seems to be set correctly as they only lost out on that once in many years which was against Belgium with 0-3. The line back then was -1.75 @ 1.8. Belgium has imporved since bit also suffers a lot of missing players.
