A Long Way to Pay It Forward - Splash of Commitment
Hello Steemit Fellows!
I spent my 90 days on Steemit just to having fun without any consideration and knowledge about what to do excepted to create some posts and join the color challenge and daily photography contest while I ain't a photographer at all.. hahaha. But then I read This Post.
I realised that I made a good decision to enter the contest on Week 4 and 5 then I missed out the Week 6-8 due to some obligation and situation that I need to handle seriously. I knew about @steembasicincome and @steem-bounty from this contest. @thedarkhorse, @energyaddict22, @tryskele, @wolfhart, @lynncoyle1 and all the participants are always very helpful and encouraging me to keep on this way. I found so many new friends, join the engagement league and following @headchange wherever she mentioned me. I Love to have a chat with @viking-ventures and @angelacs, now I have my first Filipino Friend @macoolette! Enjoy the miracle of the various art gallery through @bengy and @trincowski. And you, My fellows Steemians why don't you try to join this curation contest too?
This Post is created to look back on what has happened to my featured bloggers in this contest so far. I've submitted 11 entries and 29 Featured Bloggers, and Let's Check them out (FYI, Last week I have reviewed 6 active bloggers in the entry for Week 17) so, here the last 21 bloggers, you'll find the result at the end of this long Shout Out list.

- @aneukpinueng78 (47) now (52) actually he is an active steemians but dunno what has happened to him lately, his own post was 12 days ago but he still resteemed a post 7 days ago, hope that he'll come back from his hibernation period.

that's really surprise to see the long listed bloggers right? I remember week 4,5 and 6 where there were about 99 bloggers featured in each contest. if we put all of them together.. we will be around 300
It's amazing, isn't it?! I'm so glad I was able to participate from the very beginning of this one. @thedarkhorse was very tentative at the start, figuring to try it for two or three weeks. I can imagine he was very surprised at how quickly it took off!
Well.. thanks to all supporters and participants❤ tell you the truth.. I've made a consideration to quit after my second entry to think about how to manage my time on Steemit, but then I read few post from our Jerry and then wolfhart too.. so i was ready to submit in the week 8, but that's already closed. And I saw the participants were never reach 30 anymore... so I decided to be a regular posters since week 9.
I even read from wolf that thedarkhorse probably end the contest on july due to some reasons but then... @pifc is built up. What a relieve!
I know thedarkhorse went on some vacation with his family - but kaliju probably introduced him to esteem at that time (same as he did with me) so that most of the work end could be done remotely - and/or he has worked with wolf to post on pifc... All the same, I'm glad it's still going.
You know what? I have been using eSteem all this time, but since thedarkhorse mentioned about using busy or steemit... I use steemit to post for pifc😉 I thought he knew😊 so then I featured estemapp in week 10, but he just asked anyone to try eSteem after week 13 cmiiw.
lol. That's funny. I started using esteem after kaliju invited me. I've got along with it okay, but I do all my commenting/upvoting on steemit directly. I've looked at steempeak and busy as well, but I don't want to be divided between so many different apps/programs. I only use a computer (don't have a smartphone or anything similar), so I like to keep it simple. I do wish that I could have multiple tabs on esteem the same way as my browser, but that's my only real gripe with it. (I'd also like to have templates so I don't always have to keep a file open with my post information on it, but that's not critical.)
Yeah... multiple tab is the only flaw on surfer. I use surfer to make this post but find all old post and link on steemit😁 I have tried busy, mspsteem, steepshot, esteemapp, surfer but never tried ulogs so far... perhaps later☺ I like to try everything.
Surfer or esteemapp good for posting without link to add and scheduled, drafts and bunch of photos I think. But hope they'll keep update the version and make it better. Good for mobile people.

I have to @macoolette😊 I wonder how they're doing. Well..my list is nothing to @freedomshift, @viking-ventures and @bengy who always submit entries for 17 weeks😎 they did trace them all.. it must be over 40 bloggers.
I think that is because they started earlier so they had the chance to feature more bloggers. Now I wonder, how about making the contest feature as many bloggers as we can and not just two, @thedarkhorse? 😂 I hope the judges won't complain. 😄
Well.. there's already kind of curation for many bloggers in one post, you should check on dailysneak or curie or asapers or ecotrain

I will if I get into those things before you do. But honestly, I don't think I can juggle different or many contests at this point. As a newbie, I thought I'd establish something first instead of jumping from here to there. Either way, let's see... 😊

Thank you @edouard😊 actually I'm not lifting others.. that's hard😁 I just did what I can to have fun by taking other steemers to enjoy their day on Steemit too. How is your day? When will you go to visit your family? Or.. are you there already?
I am leaving in 3 days, I wish my partner could come with me but it’s all good, he couldn’t handle the heat in Montreal anyway :) Lifting others up doesn’t have to be hard, maybe it just comes naturally to you.
Isn't montreal one of the big cities in Canada? Aahh summer... so you'll go alone. I thought I was born as a selfish one.. but through the time and life experiences from an introvert to an extrovert, from selfish to altruist.. I am so grateful.

It was @bengy who start to make a review post about our long way in the pay it forward, maybe because all of us are romanticist😂 yes.. time flies and here we are..do you remember when the contest even had 31 entries which mean 99 featured bloggers plus 31 participants.. and it kept on that number for 2 or 3 weeks?

oh, I remember those weeks with huge numbers @cicisaja, because I had to go to all of them as one of the judges :) At first, I think me and the darkhorse were the only judges, then thankfully we got the others to join in. I'm so glad that you took my words to heart and joined up too 😅

You have been such a busy bee! I think I joined pay it forward in week 4 and have managed to do a feature post on alternate weeks.
Seems like there is so much to do on Steemit and I want to make time to try everything.
Can you just imagine where we will be by this time next year. Will be so much fun to find out.
I hope that I'll be the one who run a contest for minnow and dolphin😂 have 1000 shares of sbi? What do you think?
I think we will do wonderful things one day because we learn from the best.
I have already been thinking it is time for me to start making some future plans for ways to give back.
Maybe by the time the account grows the ideas will come for me and you both.
Actually I have started with my local language poem and verses contest.. not weekly but I hope I can make it as weekly contest.
And I like the idea about making some future plans 😊 but for me righy now.. I'll do my best to be on eSteem leaderboard next month.. a thousand comments first😂 5-15 SBD will be a great thing to win and add a little help to keep my way on giving back.
Another plan is.. I should make a strategy to be a shark whale😂
Hihi..the fact is.. I'mnot that busy as bee😉 I started on week 4 too while nobody knew me or featured me before and I learned how to engaged with other participants.. never asked for votes from anyone and read more posts to learn the judges' choice.. and here we are😄
Well @headchange.. I am kinda of person who always has ideas and play tactical strategic game to reach objectives. I tell my self..that If I can make a decision to retired while I am on my best performance, it does mean that I can manage my eagerness on Steemit.
