I am so happy to help you, @coolguy222.

Start here:
https://steemit.com/weightloss/@fitinfun/set-your-goal-for-weight-loss

To check your bmi so you know your starting point, goal, and how long it might take to get there. It's a long post, but mostly screenshots. The steps are pretty easy to do. Let me know if you need help with doing it since you are the first person I know who is actually going use the post.

AND THEN:
It's just a matter of starting slowly and taking consistent action in a a few areas of life. Once I know a bit about you, we can start with where you are now.

Can you give me just a few details of your current situation, level of activity, and diet?

The principals remain the same, but the advice is different if you are old and sick, or young and healthy; or vegetarian vs carnivore, for two examples.

I'm so glad to hear from you. Thank you very much!

Im in pakistan.
Im vegetarian but sometimes eat chicken and meat.
Im 24 years old.
Most of the time i pass sitting at home preparing my homework for studies as im a student of university.
Its strange for a student being fat.

Yes, you are in a thin country for the most part. Do you cook for yourself or does someone else or do you eat out?

My mother cook for me. Mostly i eat from home but once per week eat from ouside.

Is you mom willing to change the food if needed? And do your other family members have trouble with their weight?

Im the only one who has trouble.
She can change .

Ok so -

To get started - review the links in my post above and show your mother too. Give her the information since she cooks and shops.

The idea is to start slow, but start.

Are you fast at reading English and can you mother read it too? Can you watch my videos?

Also get your bmi I mentioned in the comment above.

Then let's talk again.

A healthy way to eat is to stop eating before you are full. You only need to fill one third of the stomach with food, one third with water and another third leave it empty for air. Because all diseases come from the food we eat.

I'd say MANY diseases are coming from the food, but not all. I can think if other hazards. For example, deodorant with aluminum in it might be a cause of some of the breast cancer epidemic.

I hear what you are saying, @elianaelisma however, the problem with that idea is that you may not be getting enough nutrition. If your body is starving for nutrients, and getting none, "being full" is not a good indicator to use.

Thank you so much for your comment and stopping by. I have a post about portion control here:

https://steemit.com/dtube/@fitinfunfood/jyovqa3r

and I would love to know your thoughts.

I could relate as doing too much is stressful for the body! I have always taking it to extremes as I have currently cut all carbonated drinks as well as most of the carbs from my intake since the beginning of the year. I am also reducing processed foods as much as a I can. Together with my workout regime it has been working but my body is feeling the changes as well!

Well, I am VERY happy to hear you are doing this, @newageinv. But don't hang on by a thread! Please get an online nutrition tracker and track 2-3 days of food. There are 31 Essential Nutrients, and you want to see if you are getting them.

You can just plug in your old meals or start with the new meals in tracking. Just a few days is enough. Then fix things and track again a few weeks later.

I have not got this on the blog yet, but please do the tracking since you are doing all the other stuff. By the Jan 15 - 50% of people have given up already, so you are doing great.

When you make the massive changes you have made, you are right - the body is under stress. Two EN's people almost never get enough of are Magnesium and Iodine. and if you DO get them, you will feel so much better.

I have two posts about greens on this blog this week. Eating greens now will definitely help you, since you cut carbs. You are on the right track, and I am so glad to see this comment.

My @bxlphabet blog has a lot of gentle/easy stretching ideas on it. If you do some of that each morning and night it will also help release the stress. 10 minutes is enough.

Keep going, don't give up, and go easy on yourself :)
