“Dress comfortably!”

Today 21 day my 77 days push-ups! Today is the day of three sevens, because 7 plus 7 plus 7 is 21. Three weeks of push-ups! I think my technique has improved. Donald, you've been doing 3 push-ups! So we have a holiday today! And as you may have noticed, I'm in holiday clothes.

But remember once and for all, the wrong clothes for exercise interfere with exercise.
First, while you're doing sports, you're likely to sweat and spoil your outfit.
Second, in the wrong clothes you just uncomfortable to do your exercises.
So dress comfortable and sporty for your classes!
