The road to Steemfest | Get to know other Steemians! - Week 3
The response was awesome and in the first compilation and the second compilation allowed us to read about more than 26 Unique Steemians who we will meet in eary November.
For this third week, 11 people joined this tag, some for the first time and some others for the second time :)
The main idea of this dynamic is to get to know each other a bit more before meeting in person and then, when we actually meet it won't be awkward and we won't have weird silences but instead, it will be like two friends meeting after a long time of not seeing each other.

I will be making these comps every week so we keep track of the freewrites people do about this topic and also, because every liquid reward from these posts will be used for a small surprise for all those who join the #roadtosteemfest dynamic.

Talking with @eveuncovered we ran into the conclusion that these daily posts wuold be more fun and maybe more people would join if there was a certain topic for the posts rather than just "tell everyone about yourself"... I admit it, it is waay to general.
So how about we make it a bit more specific? That way it will be easier to everyone to write about it but also, when we read other people´s posts we can see where are each of us in certain department.
So for the fourth week why don´t we make the post about...
Choices
I dare to say that each and everyone od us is makeing hard choices to be able to attend Steem Fest in Poland. Some might have to beg the boss to give them a full week off of work. some other I´m pretty sure that are lowering their daily budget to be able to afford a plane ticket etc. The reality is that most - if not all - are making choices every day to be able to meet each other in November.
So, why don´t we write about that this week?
I mean, you can write about anything you want but, if you feel like inspiration is not coming your way well, here it is a suggestion, write about your choices :)

@anomadsoul, Yes, for sure this initiative went with success and taking up by many more and that showcase that, for sure there will not be any weird silence.
And i hope that for everyone this journey will be excited one and also will going to bring the fun, joyful and productive moments, and for sure the great thing about this event is, diversified people will going to meet.
And everyone holds some ideas, and when we see these kind of grand collaboration then let's hope that some ideas will move towards conversion as dream form into Practical Form hear.
So, good luck to everyone, and the most importantly we have to enjoy the occasion because these kind of Community Collaboration will not going to happen every time for sure.

Can't go because of a prior commitment (board of directors annual meeting for a charity) that would create a schedule conflict, but I've enjoyed reading some of the posts from others. One of these years, maybe...

Unfortunately I won't be able to confirm my attendance before mid of October due to a planned surgery but I really hope I will make it :) it's so exciting to meet such amazing people in real life!

Kraków is in my bucket-list! I'd love to go and visit that beautiful town, which is not too far from Hungary! Although I've travelled a lot this year...
But I have many questions: How much will it cost? How can I get there? What about the programs like lectures or art exhibitions? How can I help there?
Check out @roelandp post about it! I think the cost of the ticket will vary but last year it was 250 sbd (if I remember correctly) and the hotels are 55 a night, but I stayed in a cheaper hostel last year, about 20 USD the night. Good and drinks included all weekend :)
Last night I found an extremely cheap hostel in the old downtown of Kraków, about 10 USD/night :)
Well, I didn't hesitate to book! We'll meet in Kraków then! 😀
