I wrote a post asking the same question for sbd and from what people said I concluded that the most plausible answer is that people are using it to cash out on btc gains on bittrex. and now when sbd is to high they switched to steem.
Any projections about EOS? An analysis would be appreciated :)

@Haejin, can you please tell me, should I be selling IOTA already? My funds are on their way to the exchange, but the transaction is taking many hours. Yet the price of IOTA keeps rising, so it's making me money I suppose. However, how high can this go??? it doesn't seem to stop!!
