Fair play on reaching Vegan status, i'm still in Vegetarian mode - couldn't go without cheese. Maybe one day!
It's not hard once you commit to it. Our brains treat cheese the same way as cocaine. It's like we need a cheese rehab haha. :) Let me know if you need any advice.

No. Nutritional yeast is like a powder that adds a nutty/cheesy taste to a few things. Here's my recipe for Vegan Parmesan:

Thanks again for sharing more of your story! I can attest to the struggle of finding things I used to in the States (Upstate New York) to cook vegan. I'm currently living in Mexico and the struggle can be real. I was in Russia for 9 months and there would have been no way (especially in the winter) to survive a vegan, thankfully I was just a vegetarian at that time. Although we've been getting along just fine here and I get to be creative and use what I have available to me. Thanks for inspiring people and letting your creativity shine!
