What’s On The Menu This Time?

The Utopian.io Open Source Radio Show, hosted by @jedigeiss, will feature special guests, spearheading the development of some of the most interesting projects out there; prominent members of the Utopian.io community; interesting contributions made via Utopian.io and discussions about interesting news and developments in the Open Source ecosystem.

Special Guests

In our 8th episode of the show we took a different approach and invited on the one hand side a topic that had a major impact on the Steem Blockchain during the last weeks, and on the other a person who is doing a lot of developments behind the scene in order to make the Blockchain more appealing for other developers.

Our first guest, @punqtured, and the project he is working for, Byteball, have recently had a major impact on the Steem Blockchain when they launched an Airdrop for all Steemians, based on the reputation value. This was an amazing move that on the other hand side has not only received positive reactions. I am super happy that we are able to talk about this with all details in our radio show and I am also looking forward to ask your questions live on air!

Our special guest this week: @punqtured

The second guest is working a bit more behind the scenes on a very technical level. @holger80 has written his own Steem Module for Python called Beem. This module allows all functionalities to be performed and it also has a automatic node changer implemented. I am personally using this in my new developments and it is simply great! On the other hand side he also started a curation league and has recently also started his own witness server to support the Blockchain even further. I am excited to have a chat about all his projects as well as receiving your inputs and questions. This will be great!
