Day 2 Complete. Master and Commander of my words. I didn't say "Fuck" or "Shit" outside of the documenting here and maybe in the recording below.
I had a couple moments today where there was a "Fuck" or a "Shit" that was about to be taken...and it's interesting because they came up as almost like a sneeze or a cough....reflexive...…glossed with reaction....and so the stop is a moment of awareness in seeing and understanding my own momentum in the moment and it's always a decision to follow through or not with my action.
