Heya, @martibis here again! You may have noticed we are working on getting a better auto-comment format so it is easier for new people to add their posts to the map! Credit to @oroger for implementing the new comment format in the code.

@oroger and I also had a meeting today (we both live in Belgium) to discuss the future of Steemitworldmap and to a lesser extend our upcoming curation application Learntocurie. We won't disclose anything right now, but I can definitely share we have a lot in store for all of you in the upcoming months!

On a slightly related note, the map is currently growing at an incredible, incredible pace. It's becoming harder and harder to properly reward all the good content. So if you haven't already, please consider delegating some Steempower to us. Every little bit helps! If you have questions on how to do this, feel free to reach out to me on Discord, or right here!

#1 Visiting Morteratsch Glacier

For our first featured post of the day @dejan.vuckovic takes us to the Morteratsch Glacier in Switzerland. We have always loved the posts from @dejan.vuckovic, but this one stands out even more than the others! We get a very personal experience here, which makes it very easy to keep on reading - you want to know what happens next! From starting the trip with a broken bicycle in the group to arriving at the glacier itself - we had a lovely read!

#3 A Handprint in the Stone at the Asura Caves

For our last featured post of today @travelman takes us to the Asura Caves in Nepal. The caves are located in a monastery in the small and not very touristic village of Pharping.
