Day 7 was about Trends

Today we talked about trends and congested markets.

The Trend I Followed: Nintendo Switch

Watching the market and being able to capitalize on it is what investment is all about. A few months ago, I was able to invest in something revolutionary, and also in high demand: the Nintendo Switch. I'm not a fan of video games, but this is the coolest thing I've seen: a console you can play at home, and on the go?! FUCK YEA.

So I pre-ordered one with the intention of selling it, knowing that they would be sold out, and people who weren't patient, or had the forethought to pre-order would want one. So I waited and waited until it finally it came out, and I picked mine up and posted it on Facebook for sale. A few hours later I was able to sell my Switch at a profit.
