As a family, we all endorse and vote for certain witnesses. Specifically, ones that are part of #thealliance. Some were witnesses when they came in, others became one within. We currently have four that we openly support and would like you to consider as well. I'll go over them briefly for you, from newest to oldest, and a few reasons why we have chosen to vote for them.

I've gotten to know @jatinhota over the past few weeks. He'd asked me about a month ago to endorse him as a witness and asked for #thealliance's support. I said before we could do that, we'd have to see your commitment to your family and engagement on Steemit. He has done quite well and though not a part of the core group (he resides primarily in the Gamma Server under the leadership of @tattoodjay & @edthecanadian), it doesn't make him any less of a family member or ally. The reason I have chosen to adopt him is a post he made today about @surpassingoogle and to be wary of phishing scams posing as them. This isn't the first time someone has tried to clone an account and rob people either. So huge pat on the back to you @jatinhota and welcome to the witness list.

The more we interact with this guy, the more awesome he becomes. He's currently ranked just above a few I have personally written in, @yabapmatt and @ura-soul. The reason he has been added to our list is because he is the founder of the amazing non-profit organization called You Are H.O.P.E. Now, @youarehope is to my knowledge, the first of its kind by helping those less fortunate through the speed and reliability of the blockchain. They recently have been working with people in Venezuela and are doing just a wonderful job in the hospitals down there. Check out the video below.

This guy here, actually set up his server and became a witness after he joined us. He's gone from going unranked all the way up to the top 80 now. We admire his reserved support of his allies and has taken to lending an extra boost to the Syndicates. We highly appreciate that @suggeelson, and I'm sure they all do too! Aside from his astounding healthy posts, he has been getting somewhat philosophical and endearing with his work. We hope you enjoy these two:

Now this good fellow, he has been an avid supporter of his family since he came on board. Recently passing up @reggaemuffin (whom I vote for personally) and @dragosroua (also on my list) has got to feel good. He's a pretty busy cat, but does not cease to pay homage to his allies - going so far even as to follow @killerwhale's curation trail. The Dark Templar has brought some neat toys into our server on Discord and will chat it up with you about crypto or movies and tv shows. He is also the bidding upvote bot @bellyrub's creator -which he recently sold. But when it comes to loyalty of his family, he's been in the thick of it for awhile and maintained his commitment.
