Like a shockwave
Rippling through the trees,
Reverberating off of us.
Exposed
Pulled from the branch
Falling out of season
As unexpected as the day,
A phenomenon never guaranteed.
The blast,
The explosion
Of simple every days
That are stunning calculations.
Wizards
And their magic
Could not have predicted
The many faces of the truth.
These, the first layers of reality.
Living
Churns like lava
Bubbling, new islands
From flame be born and rise again.
Molten
We live and burn
Sometimes living to melt
Other times just to watch it burn,
Forever through the temporal tempest.
